How to make the resume

Remember three key moments:
1. At you unique chance to succeed by means of the resume during that moment when it read for the first time!

2. At a writing of the resume follow a principle of selectivity. The information for the resume should be selected, proceeding from its purposes.

3. The successful resume can become an occasion for personal meeting with the employer or its representative, but still does not guarantee reception of job.
Your purpose – to achieve, that reading has wanted to meet you personally.

The basic requirements and rules

Style of a writing of the resume:
# brevity
# concreteness
# activity (never write participated, assisted, etc. It allows to think, that you only rendered single services)
# honesty

Avoid to use a pronoun I

It is necessary to be extremely concrete in a choice of formulations
It is not necessary to write:
# was engaged in training
# helped to reduce mistakes
# quickly I acquire new knowledge

Write:
# has trained two new employees
# has reduced mistakes to 15 %, than has saved to firm $50 000
# has mastered new procedures in record-breaking short term – for two weeks

Not be verbose and avoid passive forms
It is not necessary to write:
# was responsible for performance
# found application of following opportunities
# bore the responsibility for

Write:
# has executed
# effectively used
# was responsible

Prefer the positive information negative
It is not necessary to write:
# settled complaints on
# interfered with decrease in a share of sales
# has passed from a post

Write:
# helped clients in
# has raised potential of a product in the market
# has promoted on a post

Concentrate attention to your achievements
It is not necessary to write:
# has worked there three years
# performed additional job

Write:
# has promoted in posts and two increases of payment
# always performed job in time

About what it is not necessary to write to the resume?
1. All your working career. Actually your potential employer the last interest only 3-5 places of job and the period no more than 10 years.
2. Your physical data.
3. Your photo if she is not required in vacancy.
4. The reasons on which you left work.
5. Requirements to the salary.
6. Names of people which give you the recommendation (prepare this list he can be useful on interview).
